Land Acquisition & Development

  • Director/VP of Land Acquisition — Sources and negotiates land deals, performs due diligence, and builds seller relationships.
  • Land Development Manager or Entitlements Specialist — Handles permitting, zoning, entitlements, and coordination with local governments/engineers in South Florida.

Construction & Project Management

  • Director of Construction — Oversees all building activities, subcontractor management, and quality control.
  • Senior Project Manager — Manages multiple projects end-to-end (upgrade/promote your current junior PM).
  • Additional Project Managers/Superintendents (1-2 initially) — On-site oversight for tract builds, custom homes, and remodels.
  • Construction Estimator — Prepares accurate bids and cost projections.

Finance & Administration

  • Accountant/Bookkeeper — Handles day-to-day finances, payroll, and reporting.
  • Administrative Assistant/Office Manager — Supports operations, scheduling, and monday.com workflows.

Sales & Marketing

  • Director of Sales & Marketing — Leads home/condo sales strategy and branding.
  • Sales Manager/New Home Sales Consultants (2-3) — On-site sales for communities and luxury units.
  • Marketing Coordinator — Manages digital marketing, listings, and buyer outreach.

Support & Future Scaling Roles

  • Human Resources Manager — For recruiting, compliance, and team culture as you grow.
  • Investor Relations Manager — Key for fundraising and communicating with investors in your planned fund.
  • In-House Counsel or Legal Coordinator — Handles contracts, compliance, and entitlements (or start with external, move in-house).
